Rock the World 2011 at Stadium Merdeka. I went there with three "asses". Please, don't get me wrong. They were Shukry, Syahidah, and Shazlin! ;)

To tell you the truth, we were actually quite late. Well, guess who's been sleeping when everyone's waiting for him. Hehe. :P

We went in at around 9pm. There were like only 4 bands left to perform. Well, just enjoy whatever's left, right?

The first one was The Azenders. To be honest, they are awesome!

Second, can't remember the name. Some random screamo band. Not that interesting. But the headbangin' part was amazing! Hehehe.

Third, The Padangs, or something like that. Also a screamo band. The lead singer was very very handsome. All the girls were like, wowowoweeeee. Really! Their songs were quite good actually.

Last one was Massacre Conspiracy. We left while the band was performing. Bored already. Hahaha.

After the concert, we went to chill at Cheras.

There, something unexpected happened. My natural talent as an actor was shown. I can say I'm now on par with Aaron Aziz! HAHAHA! XD

After that, we head to Ampang. Bukit Ampang to be exact. Killin' some time. Haha.

Justin Timberlake, acting? How was it? Well, to be honest, he is amazing! He can really act! I mean, that man is a genius! He dresses well, he can sing, dance, and now act!

The movie shows the life of people in the world where time is the currency. In the real world, even if you don't have money, you can still live. But in the movie, if you ran out of time, you're dead. The movie actually have some moral values. It actually teaches us how important time is.

Yes, time is power. If you have time, you have the control.

Oh, and not to forget, Amanda Seyfried looks soooooo hot in this movie! OMG ♥

A lot of things happened during the past weeks. My life's changed. Everything's changed.

Last Monday, the mobile development and most of the interns were transferred to a new office, located in the 2nd floor, whereas the main office is in the 10th.

To be honest, the office is not completed yet. There are still lots of stuff to be done. But, since the main office is getting cramped up with the increasing numbers of staffs and interns, the mobile development team and us, the interns, had to sacrifice a bit.

Well it was actually hard on the first day, but come the next day, the office is fine. Much better than the main office, I think. Since here in the new office, we got a little bit more freedom. Not saying that we're free to do whatever we want, but at least we can move about, instead of just sitting at our desk the whole time.

BUT, until today, there is ONE thing that bothers all of us. This one thing has been testing our patience endlessly. It's the internet connection. See, in the main office, we were provided with a UniFi connection. Fast. But in the new office, since it's still new, we were only provided with a 1Mbps Streamyx connection. There are a total number of 12 people currently using the same connection. Imagine the connection speed. And most of the time, we suddenly lost our internet connection. Without any reason. Ridiculous. My dial-up connection during the year 2000 was much better than this. -.-

The development team has voiced out their complaints, and the management are currently working at their best to get us a UniFi connection. Fair enough. I can just hope we'll get it soon enough. It's keeping everyone stressed out right now. And since this is an IT company, everything is related with the internet. The internet is very very important to us.

Before I start my story about today, I guess I gotta announce something first.

I am currently doing my practical training at IDOTTV Sdn. Bhd., a company under Sedania Media Group. The office is in Kelana Jaya. Kelana Parkview Tower to be exact.

I was assigned to the mobile technical department. Basically, I'll be doing lots and lots of programming for Blackberry applications. I started on the 3rd of May, and my training is expected to end on the 30th of September. Quite a long period, don't you think? But I guess it's okay, since all the experience will be very useful for me in the future. :)

Okay, back to the main point. Today was almost the same as everyday. Work starts at 9:00AM, lunch at 1:00PM, and back home at 6:15PM. Sounds boring right?

But today, we got a little surprise. A meeting with our COO, who's famous with the title Haji or Tuan Haji.

All of us, and I mean ALL of us were kinda afraid of him. He's a nice man actually, very cool and funny. But sometimes his facial expression and how he talks and jokes scares the shit out of us. Why do I say his facial expression looks scary? Well if any of you guys watched How I Met Your Mother, you must remember the Captain, right? Well, to be honest, he is the Captain.

Well, about the meeting, the meeting was the first meeting of all the interns with him. Lots of Q&A sessions. But the meeting was mostly about expectations, from the company and the interns.

Since we were quite short of time, I didn't get to tell him all of my expectations.

So here goes, this was my expectations;

Well, since this is my first working experience, I hope that the exposure that I got here will help me to survive in my future career life. For at least I'm not going into the war with an empty hand. I've got a bit of experience. Of course, as a programmer, I wanted to learn and gain knowledge in the field of programming. Something that can help me in choosing which path I'm gonna go for. Then, communication. Honestly, for the past years, I'm not a good communicator. My soft skills ain't that good. It's not like I can't speak English. I know I can speak well enough, but I just don't have the guts. My self-confidence on my language is very very low. This might sound funny, but honestly, during the earlier weeks, I tried to avoid talking whenever possible. I'm not confident at all. So I hope when my training ends, I will be confident enough to be talking with anyone. And I hope all of my experience here will help me in pursuing my goals in life. :)

So that's it. That was pretty much my expectations. Sounds a bit cheesy right. Hahaha. -.-

Now I'm currently at home, in front of my desktop. Feeling very very tired.

So I guess that's all I got to write, for now. It's time for some Football Manager 2011!
